Thanks to this function, based on the provisions of current regulations, it is possible to create a solar greenhouse, bioclimatic greenhouse, captive greenhouse or winter garden, enjoying the tax deduction  for energy saving and obtaining a extension of the building with a room that will not be considered in the calculation of the measurements of the house itself. This is because it is considered a technical volume and therefore without increase in volume.

Passive bioclimatic systems, such as capturing greenhouses, solar greenhouses or bioclimatic greenhouses, as well as other spaces strictly functional to energy saving for the collection and exploitation of solar energy and solar thermal gain in buildings, are not included in the calculation volumes and S.U.L. eligible provided they meet the following conditions that the designer will take care to attach to the project:

• Energy calculations that certify the function of reducing the primary energy requirement for winter air conditioning by an amount equal to at least 10%, through the passive and/or active exploitation of solar energy< /li>

• Plan dimensions not exceeding 15% (with DIA) of the useful surface area of the connected real estate unit or of the building unit subject to the intervention; up to 30% in the case of a request for permission to set up

• The formation of the greenhouse must not lead to new heated rooms or in any case rooms suitable for allowing the continuous presence of people (permanent or non-permanent living quarters, workplaces, etc.);
• The rear rooms must maintain the prescribed ratio of direct natural lighting and ventilation;
• If equipped with glass surfaces, they must be equipped with suitable shielding and/or mobile and removable devices, to avoid overheating in summer;
• The project must evaluate the energy gain, taking into account solar radiation, calculated according to the UNI standard, over the entire heating season. As gain we mean the difference between energy dispersed in the absence of the bioclimatic system and that dispersed in the presence of the system itself;
• In the case of solar greenhouses, these must be integrated as a priority in the façade facing in the corner between south/east and south/west.

3. bioclimatic project,
4. DIA (up to 15% of the usable area) and Building Permit (up to 30%).
