Pergolas
Pergolas: protection and elegance
If you are looking for a solution that gives you the space of a patio, a pergola, a pergola, a veranda, a pergotenda, a portico… You are entering a world of structures designed to cover and also to furnish outdoor spaces.
These are products made up of a supporting structure in wood or aluminum or iron that differ from each other in the roofing system.
The pergola has a supporting structure in wood, aluminum or iron, painted in the chosen colour.
What makes the difference is the coverage made with
a fully retractable PVC sheet (usually motorized to facilitate the closing and opening of the sheet package).
The choice of PVC varies in color and also in the finish (from glossy to opaque to embossed, etc., even a microfiltering fabric that allows for shaded and ventilated areas while not protecting from the rain).
The pergotenda is therefore presented as a product with a fixed structure, in material chosen by the customer, and a retractable fabric package.
The pergola allows both solar shading and excellent resistance to water and snow load. Ideal for creating an “external” but “protected” environment where you can enjoy the view and spend moments of conviviality and relaxation. The space created on the outside by these pergolas can also be closed on the sides with different materials such as: vertical blinds in transparent PVC (cristal fabric), retractable or sliding windows, height-adjustable screens, be illuminated with LEDs, heated with infrared, equipped with integrated audio systems, furnishing accessories such as vases and decor panels in carved or stretched sheet metal as well as having its own flooring, even self-heating, which distinguishes the area.
The result is a dehor of great aesthetic and scenic impact and above all of great practicality.
Porticos, pergolas or pergolas have a similar structure, but their cover is fixed, i.e. it cannot be removed or rolled up. Depending on the choices among the various types of coverage: with glass, with polycarbonate, with adjustable slats, with PVC fabric, laminated wood or with criss-crossing fabric strips, it can become a place for only shading or suitable for keeping the ‘water.
The side closures, like the other accessories provided for pergolas, can almost all be proposed under porches/pergolas as well. Both types can vary in the aesthetic aspect from a modern and linear line to a more classic and liberty style.
Many colors to choose from both for the supporting structure and for the roofing materials.
Bioclimatic sunblinds or pergolas: fixed blades or mobile blades.
The sunscreen is a splendid structure with a very high scenographic impact due to its ability to modulate sunlight, thus creating highly suggestive effects of light/shadow effects.
The bioclimatic pergolas with slats therefore represent an excellent solution for protecting outdoor areas from water, wind and sun.
The covers essentially consist of adjustable slats with or without insulation, which can only be rotated or also collected automatically (depending on the model chosen) providing for complete opening, allowing you to adjust the coverage, ventilation and solar lighting of the rooms, in order to be able to use them in complete freedom and relaxation. They can also be equipped with a integrated LED lighting system in the structure.
The sunshade system has essential and modern lines, modular in size and suitable for various installations including leaning, self-supporting, cantilevered or in a niche.
This product ensures good resistance to atmospheric agents.
PERGOTENDA PERMITS
It is necessary to distinguish between 2 categories:
- a) private use
- b) commercial use
For the installation of a pergo-awning for private use (for example on a balcony or in a villa), with the prior consent of any condominium, permission is not required to build (sentence C.S. 4/2016) provided that certain characteristics are respected in the case of perimeter closures.
In the case of installation of a pergola in a commercial activity such as a restaurant or bar, it is subjected to the standard procedure.
PERGOLA/PORCH/PERGOLA/PATIO PERMITS
For the installation of a portico with a completely closed and fixed upper surface, the regulatory procedure must be followed, except if only partially covered by shade cloths. These provisions are the same for both private and commercial installations.
For the bureaucratic and legal procedures inherent in the sector, Favorini Tende makes use of external professionals who will be put in direct contact with the customers.
